Fris Investment Care changed name on 1 June 2010. The new name is B&F Property Management / Investment Care. A name that emphasizes in particular the synergy advantages of the Fris Group for you as a client. Nothing has changed, however, in our professionalism and effectiveness in commercial, technical and administrative management as we have been advocating for more than 20 years now.
Fris Investment Care administers for Dutch and foreign investors - both institutional and private - circa 800,000 m2 of distribution centres, offices and shops all over the Netherlands. Because of the separate management branch for circa 4000 residential houses we are pre-eminently a manager of buildings in which several function have been incorporated, where change of function is the aim and/or where one wants to anticipate inter-urban restructuring. The management of real estate companies, building counselling and parking management belong also to our specialties.
Because generally an integrated approach of both commercial, technical and administrative management is possible, we have more insight in the functioning of the tenants, working thereby in a more directed way on the functioning of the returns on objects.
Security and growth of value constitute thereby the essence of our range of thought. |
